Both have held major roles - as CEO of a credit union, a representative with CUNA Mutual, as a director and/or senior executive of a variety of credit union CUSOs, as industry organization leaders - that provide top level experience and expertise available for you and your credit union.
Ann Beck
Account Executive
Ann has been working with credit unions for over 30 years. Her passion has been to find solutions for credit unions with just the right product or service that meets both the credit union's and member's need. Prior to joining CUSTOM, Ann was with CUNA Mutual Group (CMG) and Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL).
Tim Johnson
President & CEO
Tim has been CEO of two credit unions as well as holding executive positions for strategic planning, lending, operations and technology during his 30+ years in the credit union industry.

Our History
CUSTOM, Inc. was first organized in 1985 as Evergreen Credit Union Services, Inc. (ECUS) with the purpose of providing cost savings and services to credit unions. Its initial offering was in the area of insurance services. As the industry has changed the corporation has since expanded; offering a range of services designed to meet the needs of the participating credit unions including data, courier, insurance, cash management, scanning, accounting and payroll services. We have been a strong advocate of adaption and collaboration especially in the area of technology.
Effective March 1, 1990, the corporation name changed to Credit Union Services Through Operations Management. CUSTOM, Inc. is now a solely owned CUSO of TwinStar Credit Union.
